Serving as BuySell Inc.'s house counsel is William Reedhead, an attorney since 1971 who's doubled as a real estate broker since the mid-seventies. His primary areas of practice include real estate, commercial leasing, business transactions and civil litigation of all sorts. An East Coast native who achieved his law degree locally at Cal Western School of Law, his regular clientele includes many well-known food and beverage providers, several real estate sales companies, as well as a number of automotive-related venturers. Our most senior business agent, Ann has been in the business for 10 years. After getting her start in residential sales, she began exclusively doing business sales. A landlord herself, she is experienced with leases and is a savvy negotiator. Ann is able to appraise any business. STEVE MASTERS
Steve Masters attended High School at the Army & Navy Academy where he was Student body President and was awarded the Silver A, the institutes highest award. Upon graduation he travelled around the world adventuring through thirty-five countries and four continents armed with a backpack. At age 23 he founded American Handmade Tile Company in Los Angeles where he designed, manufactured and distributed a full range of custom ceramic tiles for celebrity homes and other distinguishing clientele. Steve Masters holds an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance and went on to earn Masters degrees in Architecture and Urban Design from the University of Colorado. As a designer and builder he has completed dozens of projects from high-rises to residential additions and is licensed in both the State of California and Oregon as a General Contractor since 2004. Mr. Masters is licensed by California Department of Real Estate and is a Business Broker with Buysell Inc. of San Diego where he specializes in mergers and acquisitions. Buysell Inc. specializes in Restaurant, bar and entertainment venues. Mr. Masters other interests are oil painting, piano and product development.
